Cancellation policy:
We understand that life happens! However, to respect our time and other clients, we require a 24-hour notice (business days only) for cancellations. A fee of $40 for haircuts and $80 for colors will apply to late cancellations or no-shows. Our system sends multiple reminders to help you manage your appointment.
